Den Entwicklern der ACADEMY Bikes, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Deutschen Institut für Orthopädie, Osteopathie und Sportmedizin (DIOOS), ist es gelungen ultraleichte Juniorbikes zu entwickeln, die modernste ergonomische Ansprüche erfüllen. Alle Modelle sind leichter als 40% eines normalen Kindergewichtes, die Rahmen mit tiefen und schmalen Tretlagern ermöglichen eine enge kindgerechte Beinführung. Kurze Tretkurbeln und die aufrechte Sitzposition ermöglichen jederzeit die Füße auf den Boden zu stellen und trotzdem eine ergonomische Kniestellung während der Fahrt zu gewährleisten.
